Cristian Solorza is an instructor at Bank Street College of Education, where he teaches Curriculum Development and Sheltered Instruction in Dual-Language Bilingual Classrooms and Native Language Literacy for Spanish-Speaking Children, and advises students in dual-language bilingual and special education settings. Before joining Bank Street, he was an early childhood educator, and later a dual-language bilingual New York City elementary school teacher. As a Math for All coach and facilitator, Solorza supports administrators, teacher leaders, and teachers with the adaptation of mathematics lessons to meet the needs of multilingual learners.
